Kelmy Vaca is the founder of Vaca Group Real Estate and a licensed real estate broker in Panama (Lic. PN 5904), an ACOBIR member, and a graduate of Universidad Latina de Panamá. He runs the brokerage on a simple thesis: maximize the value of every real estate investment with market data, not gut feeling. He works Panama City's premium neighborhoods — Costa del Este, Punta Pacífica, Santa María, San Francisco, Punta Paitilla, Casco Antiguo — and specializes in non-resident foreign clients: guiding the purchase end to end (search, negotiation, promise of sale, deed, and Public Registry) and then managing the property with bilingual Spanish-English reporting. Every quarter he publishes the Vaca Group Residential Market Study, covering price per m², rental yields, and absorption across the capital's neighborhoods.
