Data you provide directly through our forms (website, Meta/Facebook and Instagram lead forms, or WhatsApp): name, email, phone, neighborhood, and any details you share about your property or search.

Browsing data collected through cookies and similar technologies (Google Analytics and the Meta pixel), only when you accept their use in the cookie notice.

3. How we use your data

To answer your inquiries and follow up; to provide brokerage and property management services; to send you proposals or information you request; and, only with your consent, to measure site and advertising performance.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent and, where applicable, the performance of a contractual or pre-contractual relationship, under Panama's Personal Data Protection Law 81 of March 26, 2019 and its regulations.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with technology providers that serve us (web hosting, database/CRM, messaging, and email) and, if you consented to advertising cookies, with Meta and Google for measurement and advertising. These providers may be located outside Panama and process data under our instructions.

6. Retention

We keep your data while there is an active commercial or follow-up relationship, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal obligations or defend claims.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, and portability at any time by writing to info@vacagroup.net. You can also withdraw your advertising consent from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
